* Professional development, and
* Teacher evaluation。

The ready-to-use forms and other instruments in this book transform the framework for teaching into a mechanism for teacher support that emphasizes two key goals: quality assurance and professional learning。 Grounded in practitioners' wisdom, this handbook demonstrates how the framework for teaching can inform professional growth throughout a teacher's career--from preservice training through the attainment of the skills and knowledge that characterize distinguished teaching。

Another required text for my graduate class。 Definitely an easier read than the other Danielson book。 I kept changing my opinion as I read about the benefits of the book。 Part of the time I was convinced that it was just one big commercial for the Frameworks text。 But, there were other times that I found myself thinking, "Now I understand! That makes the TESS rubric make so much more sense。" It is a good (and fairly easy) read for anyone wanting to further understand TESS and evaluations。 I sinc Another required text for my graduate class。 Definitely an easier read than the other Danielson book。 I kept changing my opinion as I read about the benefits of the book。 Part of the time I was convinced that it was just one big commercial for the Frameworks text。 But, there were other times that I found myself thinking, "Now I understand! However, it is not written to have much immediate benefit to me in my classroom。 。。。more
